For 40 years, King Cone has been perfecting the art of homemade ice cream, transforming a simple family business into a world championship-winning operation that competes against ice cream makers from all over the United States.
What started as a local favorite has evolved into Central Wisconsin’s crown jewel of frozen treats, where 48 daily flavors of homemade ice cream rotate through more than 100 total flavors throughout their March-October season.
This isn’t just another ice cream stand serving basic vanilla and chocolate. You’ll discover flavors with names like Oreo Speedwagon, Zanzee Chocolate Bar, and Chocolate Love Triangle alongside their award-winning signature creations.
Their Salty Caramel Truffle took 1st place in the world at the World Dairy Expo in 2018, while their Butter Pecan Kruncher earned 1st Place in the Best Nut Flavor category at the National Ice Cream Retailers Association contest in 2012.
