Back when a battered 1974 Winnebago rolled through Music City in 2008, nobody expected it would transform Nashville’s taco scene forever.
That blue vintage RV, which barely made it across town some days, became the launching pad for what locals now consider some of the finest Mexican street food in Tennessee.
Fast forward to 2010, and that humble food truck evolved into a permanent East Nashville fixture where the lines snake out the door and the flavors keep getting better.
The permanent location carries forward the original Winnebago’s quirky spirit with mismatched furniture, wobbly tables, and chalkboard menus that change based on what’s fresh.
While the setting feels delightfully casual, the food shows serious dedication to authentic Mexican flavors with creative Tennessee twists that make every bite memorable.
