How It Works: Your table selects two meat options to share (or four for larger parties), choosing from about nine rotating selections that might include country ham, baked buttermilk chicken, fried catfish, cube steak, BBQ pulled pork, smoked ribs, meatloaf, or Alaskan whitefish.
