The Petting Farm at Domino’s Farms transforms ordinary family outings into unforgettable agricultural adventures right in Ann Arbor.
Since 1984, this beloved 501(c)(3) non-profit has been connecting families to agriculture, creating a bridge between urban life and the farming traditions that built Michigan.
Sprawling across 20 acres, this educational farm is home to about 200 traditional and non-traditional farm animals, making it one of Michigan’s most comprehensive petting farm experiences.
The farm features the original barn and farmhouse from the historic Zeeb farm, which were carefully moved to their current location in 1989, adding authentic agricultural heritage to every visit.

Small Animal Sanctuary: The barn houses adorable potbellied pigs, fluffy bunnies, sheep, and various feathered friends including chickens and ducks. Children love the smaller animals that are easier to approach and pet, especially the soft rabbits that seem to enjoy gentle attention.

Frank Lloyd Wright Connection: The farm sits within the broader Domino’s Farms complex, which features Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired Prairie Style architecture surrounded by woods, walkways, ponds and wetlands. This creates a uniquely beautiful backdrop that enhances the pastoral farm experience.
Playground & Picnic Areas: A new playground was added to enhance the visitor experience, and picnic areas allow families to extend their visits with outdoor meals surrounded by nature.
