What began as a passion project in founder Cody Scogin’s home kitchen has blossomed into a nationally recognized culinary destination that perfectly captures the essence of ingredient-driven craft cooking.
Starting as a humble farmers market bakery in 2020, ARDOR Breads and Provisions quickly captured Peoria’s heart with its exceptional naturally leavened breads and artisanal pastries, eventually expanding into a full-service fine dining restaurant in 2023.
This wood-fired neighborhood café embodies everything its name represents (ardor meaning passion and enthusiasm) and that fervor shines through in every dish, from their legendary sourdough to their creative wood-grilled entrees.
Located just 100 yards from the farmers market where it all began, ARDOR has become a beacon of culinary excellence in Peoria’s historic riverfront district.
