Historic Buildings & Grounds
The Adobe House: Dating back to 1887, this meticulously restored structure served as the first superintendent’s residence and office. You’ll discover authentic period furnishings and detailed explanations of ranch life during Arizona’s territorial days.
Main House Tours: Built in 1895, the elegant Victorian-style mansion offers guided tours on the first and third Saturdays from October through May. The interior showcases how wealthy ranch owners lived during the late 1800s, complete with original architectural details and period décor.
Historic Outbuildings: The property features 13 preserved structures including the guest house, foreman’s quarters, fruit packing shed, and reconstructed barn. Each building tells part of the story of William Henry Bartlett’s agricultural empire that once spanned over 2,000 acres.
