Dobbins Lookout: Perched at 2,330 feet, this iconic stone ramada offers the most breathtaking 360-degree panoramic views in all of Phoenix. You can reach this spectacular vantage point either by driving the winding 5.5-mile Summit Road or hiking the challenging but rewarding Holbert Trail.
